Frances has worked in private legal practice in Sydney, in the city of London, in Jakarta and in Singapore in a broad range of commercial and finance matters. She worked in-house for over six years with a major Australian bank.

She provides immigration legal assistance/advice and immigration assistance in connection with a range of visas, including business and partner visas. 

She is admitted to practice as a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and is registered in the High Court of Australia to practice as a solicitor in Federal Courts.
