At Saggers Law we offer a range of services to help you. Our team can walk you through your options, rights and legal standing to find the right solutions for you.
We can help you purchase or sell your home, investment property, commercial premises or farm.
We can also assist in leasing or letting commercial premises.
In addition to drafting Wills, we also assist executors to obtain probate or letters of administration from the Supreme Court.
We make sure that the process of obtaining probate is as seamless as possible so that the estate can be administered with a minimum of fuss as quickly as possible; all the while recognising the personal stresses that executors and their families go through at that time.
If we have implemented an estate plan for you during your life, we can better advise your executors how to establish and manage the various testamentary trusts created by your Will.
You might feel that you are entitled to share in another person’s estate or have been unfairly treated as a beneficiary. If so, we can advise you in relation to any rights you may have.
Saggers Law provides Australian immigration law services (immigration assistance and immigration legal assistance) to businesses and individuals. Our immigration work is carried out by a lawyer who was also a registered migration agent when this was required by legislation (i.e. up to 21 March 2021).
We provide assistance to businesses requiring visas for skilled overseas workers and to overseas workers wishing to obtain working visas. We work closely with our clients to prepare applications for and provide advice in relation to various categories of employer sponsored visas (including Temporary Skill Shortage visas (482 visas) which replace the old 457 visas) and (commencing in November 2019 upon closure of the Regional Skilled Migration Scheme (RSMS)), two new visa subclasses, i.e. Skilled Employer Sponsored (Provisional) visas (494 visas) and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visas (491 visas).
We provide assistance with partner visas and family visas.
We also assist students who require visas to undertake post-secondary level training and study and graduate students who require 485 visas.
Whether you are buying or selling a business or establishing or changing the structure of one, we have the capabilities to help you implement your business transactions.
Our approach to business advice is simple. By establishing what you want to achieve, we can tailor our advice to best suit your aims within your budgetary constraints.
We always aim to deliver cost-effective commercially sensible advice.
We understand the fundamental and substantive issues that impact on rural businesses operating in a globally competitive environment.
